Yoga Instructor

Certified YogaFit Yoga Teacher, Aquafitness Instructor, Lifesaving Society First Aid Instructor, Canfitpro Fitness Instructor Specialist, STRONGNation® Instructor, and Pound® Fitness Instructor.

My philosophy for fitness is: It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as you just keep moving!

As a child, I was always active and couldn’t stay still; but as an adult, I constantly struggle with finding the motivation and time to just get active. If this sounds familiar, remember that any movement is good movement (as long as it is pain-free)! 10 minutes of movement is better than nothing and you will often feel better afterward.

While I teach a number of different fitness formats, I am truly at peace while swimming laps at the local pool and while practicing yoga. Finding the balance between cardio and calm was lifechanging for me and inspired me to become a Yoga Teacher. I love gentle, accessible movement, and thrive in sharing my passion for yoga with others.

In my spare time, I love going to concerts, trying new crafts and activities, and cleaning.
